• Product availability may change based on stock levels.

3. Orders

• Orders can only be placed through our website.

• You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.

• Orange Square reserves the right to cancel any order in case of payment failure, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across all Emirates in the UAE within 1–4 business days.

• Free shipping is available for orders above AED [insert amount].

• Shipping charges for smaller orders will be displayed at checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused and unopened products.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after return approval.
